Very well organized and on point. The servers are wonderful and very helpful. Grace was our server and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us on valentines! Everything is clean and maintained. It was fun grilling your own food. The food was top notch and worth more than we paid in my opinion. I’ve paid more for terrible food. But in this case I paid less for amazing food. Made reservations, days ahead, for 8:30pm. Arrived and got seated without asking if reservations were made. Sit down and told by the server we needed to order quickly because the kitchen closed in 15 mins. What’s the point in making a reservation that wasn’t observed and not notifying customer that the kitchen closed before we could sip our water??? They’re already overpriced, compared to other Asian “BBQ” places. But, the service leaves even more to be desired to expect someone to pay $100 for 15 minutes.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

It’s always a great experience. It’s usually fast paced always clean customer service. They are always outstanding.
