If you have eaten at this brand store in Japan or Taiwan, the taste here is really much different in comparison. The miso soup is bland, the $96 set meal for two has mediocre meat, and the children's meal is not ideal. Overall taste is really not good, but the service staff is great.

The first server a girl was not accommodating at all. She left us and it took a long time before our orders arrived. She even dropped the thong into a marinated meat that made it sticky and didn't change anything at all. We saw that the table beside us got their order first when we arrived before them. Same orders with the tofu soup and Holiday set special. Both our kids were complaining because they were extremely hungry. Even rice was not served at all. We need to ask it on the next server and waited for a long time. Soup was served and it was almost cold, not hot. Some of the meat also took so long to arrive that we didn't have any appetite after they served. We were very disappointed and it was our early Christmas dinner. We need to eat at another restaurant after we get out of the restaurant.

Great quality food at reasonable prices in a chill atmosphere. Our server was super knowledgeable, attentive, patient and friendly. Definitely would visit again soon.

We had the lunch special which is great value! ($15.95 per person) and added an extra side. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is delicious and it’s a fun experience. Plan on a little over an hour to enjoy yourself. Don’t rush!
