Habaneros has been a local favorite for the last 16 years featuring Mexican fusion cuisine designed by renowned Chef Tadd Chapman After 16 years serving San Jose del Cabo in Plaza Mission we are excited and grateful for our new beginning and opportunity in the beautiful courtyard of El Encanto Inn and Suites. Habaneros Mexican Fusion cuisine focuses on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients blending Mexican traditions with international flavors and ideas featuring fresh seafood, creative takes on Mexican classics, unique signature creations and grilled meats.

Beautiful site, wonderful fish cooked over a wood fire. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Selected this restaurant based on recommendations from others at our resort. It did not disappoint from the host / cashier, Genaro, to our server Eric, to the chef Fernando personally checking on us. Best meal we have had in Cabo.

Our waiter. Although efficient, was not very friendly and lacked charisma! Rebecca on the other hand was friendly upon entering and leaving

Beautiful setting. Great menu; would highly recommend the Chile Wellington! Great service. This great restaurant has been a highly rated restaurant in San Jose for many years.

What a wonderful and special night we had! This place is very special. From the warm greeting upon entrance to chef Fernando’s masterful presentation of special dishes to the amazing service and musicians who serenade you…WOW! While I was here to celebrate my birthday, this is a place I would come back to again and again. The ambiance and atmosphere was delightful, and uplifting!o

A wall was put up blocking the view of an adjacent church plaza. The reason we go to Habanero’s is for the Mexican experience and it is lost now. We have seen this restaurant grow from a few tables to a full blown eatery. Shame. Riley Mullen, West Seattle
