Our newly renovated restaurant serves you in true French Brasserie fashion offering an exciting dinner service every evening except Monday. Haché Moderne Brasserie pays tribute to Parisian Brasserie fare with traditional French influences and delights your palette with moderne contemporary twists. Haché Signature Dishes include: Steak and Frites, Seared Scallops with Porcini, Veal Sweetbreads with Pistachio, House Smoked Brisket Sandwich, Hache Bison Burger and the Tour De France, are among the favorites.

                                                            Hache's menu and ambiance has changed in a positive way with Chef Francois Sanchez. In fact, that is one of the reasons my friends and I chose to dine there. The dessert selection was also quite varied and delicious. Service was very attentive and the wine suggestions were greatly appreciated.

                                                            Under new ownership (same people as the Finery and Grandstander), the menu and staff have been transformed into a new must-eat for the Geneva area. I had the peppercorn steak and the squash ravioli. Both were fantastic. They are still working on updating the drink menu and wine list, but once this is complete, I think I will become a regular.

                                                            Overall, I would say that our dinner at Hache was good. However, there were some issues that made for a less enjoyable experience. I ordered an $11 glass of chardonnay which was probably the skimpiest pour I have ever been served. It appeared they were trying to get 6 glasses out of one bottle instead of 4. Another person in our party ordered a red wine and the pour was also very small. I ordered the scallop entree, priced at $27. It contained 3 scallops! It looked more like an appetizer than an entree. It was tasty, but very small. The other entrees our table ordered were generous and good (steak au poivre, ratatouille fettucine and butternut squash ravioli). Two of us at the table ordered second cocktails and waited at least 20 minutes for them. The servers didn't seem that busy so I'm not sure why it took so long. It is a pleasant and comfortable ambience, but I'm not sure I will return.

                                                            Restaurant recently Reopened under new Ownership/Management. Name will soon change. Beautiful decor, very comfortable, quiet intimate dining experience. Friendly staff, Excellent Attentive service, good food. Limited menu, reasonable prices, (French cuisine) small portions ala carte. Extensive wine list.

                                                            We came for Sunday brunch to celebrate a double birthday after reading great reviews and were not disappointed. The menu had creative choices and the six of us all ordered different things and shared tastings.The Nutella waffles were great,not too sweet and the waffles stayed crisp even under all the toppings. The Black Pepper savory waffles were topped with a delicous chicken sausage and sat on a natural maple syrup. Service:OUTSTANDING! Price friendly,great ambience. Must return soon.

                                                            I believe the kitchen was having problems the day I visited. Food was good, but it took a long time. The wait staff also seemed short staffed. I might try it again to see if it was just a one time thing.
