Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.

To complement our wine list, there is a $60 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $120 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Chinese New Year Celebration
2025年1月16日 - 2025年2月6日
Celebrate Chinese New Year at Hakkasan with a special a la carte menu inspired by the Year of the Snake. Additionally, Hakkasan guests will receive red Wishing Ribbons. They will have the chance to write down their wishes for 2025 and then each will be hung on the restaurant’s Ling Ling wall in hopes of bringing good luck and fortune. On January 31st at 8 pm, a traditional Dragon Dance will be performed for guests, commencing in Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s lobby and traveling to Hakkasan where it will conclude at about 8:30 pm.

I have been to many Hakkasan restaurants and had a certain expectation regarding the overall experience. Food was phenomenal as usual but the server took away from the overall experience. He was dismissive and disinterested.

Outstanding food items every time we come. seafood dim sum excellent. hakkasan noodles also. disappointed at the orange chicken. lacked any taste and overly sweet. will skip next time. fortunately, steamed seabass was oustanding. fried rice "meh". service was excellent and our server was witty and entertaining (a plus). the noise level is UNBEARABLE. we are not ones who normally don't enjoy upbeat music (having been to other venues who pride themselves on that, here and abroad). we actually enjoy it. brings the mood up across the table. however, the background music was so loud that it made everyone in our section raise their voices so much that we "shared" people's conversations two tables over (making us having to talk in our ears almost to hear each other). Been there a few times before and I don't recall this.

Hakkasan is the go to place for good Chinese food especially if you like Peking Duck. This place has become quite expensive but still worth it . We will just cut short the number of times we eat there! Food is consistently good and tasty. Service was excellent.

Restaurant is lovely. Food was very nice. Be aware that this can be noisy, with music. We had a very nice time.
