We offer 7 days a week with luxe A5 Wagyu from Japan, Miyazaki and Washu beef from Oregon at the Ward Village. We are conveniently located on the first floor of Anaha. Our server was overwhelmed and did not acknowledge us. We had to flag another server that was helping bring food to another table to place the order. Nothing was explained, some tables had servers that would initially put some meat on their grills, we were never asked that. Total disappointment and totally different experience from the first time we went when they first opened. For +$300 meal for 2 people and being treated like a burden, we will never go back there again. It was mostly tourists in there, so maybe they are not concerned about repeat business. (We are locals) I would consider this to be a high end priced Japanese style BBQ. Besides the sign having some Japanese on it, there was not much culture there, we did not feel welcomed. Western style bathroom and fixtures. Poor experience…

Food was great, really high quality beef. Drinks are priced well all together good value. Would return.

Great waiter who was able to direct us to the best cuts of the best beef. Food was outstanding as usual. We never miss this experience when coming to Honolulu.

Our server Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and guiding us how to properly cook certain meats we were unfamiliar. He also recommended some really delicious appetizers and drinks on the menu. He made our anniversary date feel so special and we can’t wait to come back thanks to him.

Awesome experience! Our server Shizue was amazing and so knowledgeable about all of the cuts of meat. Great food and service, highly recommend!
