Hand Cut Chophouse, an upscale lobby-level restaurant, bar, and music venue. Famous for offering the finest chops, burgers, unique cocktails, and more delectable items, the new restaurant will also be home to the best local live music Nashville has to offer.

Creating only the most modern recipes and using high-quality ingredients to ensure every dining experience at Hand Cut is unique and exciting. Hand Cut’s menu will feature premium cuts like the Black Truffle Culotte, a pan-seared sirloin cap, black truffle cream, and truffle-infused butter, or a Sea Bass prepared with spiced breadcrumbs, orange miso, and fresh herbs.

    I would not go back. We were there for 2 hours for a birthday dinner and the waitress only came to our table twice the entire time. The food was cold when we received it. Overall terrible experience.

    We enjoyed a meal at Hand Cut prior to the concert. The food was above average. It’s a very nice atmosphere/ambience and the service was very good. The food is overpriced in my opinion ($40 for an 8oz salmon fillet with no sides included…seriously?). Overall we enjoyed our meal but will definitely look at other options for next time.

    our waitress maria was so polite and refilled our waters accordingly :) (why is the water so good though...) the noise level is high since live music, was hard to hear myself at times! we ordered spinach dip, the alfredo and the bucatini! the spinach dip was nice, enjoyed it a lot actually. the pastas were okay, the alfredo tasted a bit plain like not enough cheese and focused more on the cream. the bucatini was really sweet for my taste but the ricotta cheese in the middle helped die that intense tomato sweetness, so i wish it had more ricotta. it honestly wasn't the worst dish but i'd try something else if i went here again. thanks!

    Food was very good. Espresso martini for dessert was perfect. Our server Ali was superb! Would definitely go again.

    With a food allergy they were very accommodating. They were prompt on taking care of the table and very generous staff. In an ideal location downtown for walking distance. Highly recommend.
