Hand Cut Chophouse, an upscale lobby-level restaurant, bar, and music venue. Famous for offering the finest chops, burgers, unique cocktails, and more delectable items, the new restaurant will also be home to the best local live music Nashville has to offer.

Creating only the most modern recipes and using high-quality ingredients to ensure every dining experience at Hand Cut is unique and exciting. Hand Cut’s menu will feature premium cuts like the Black Truffle Culotte, a pan-seared sirloin cap, black truffle cream, and truffle-infused butter, or a Sea Bass prepared with spiced breadcrumbs, orange miso, and fresh herbs.

    My wife and I went with her family—her parents, sister, and her sister’s boyfriend—for Valentine’s Day, and we had a fantastic experience! Our server, Maria from Venezuela, was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive, providing excellent service. The restaurant had a beautiful setup with rose petals on the tables and candlelight, creating a romantic atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the live music catered to all audiences, adding to the ambiance. A great bonus was the decorative rose wall, perfect for capturing memorable photos—an excellent touch for those who love taking pictures. Overall, it was a wonderful evening!

    This is a great restaurant. I had the salmon and it was average. Note to self order steak at a steak place. My wife had the steak salad and it was outstanding. Music was wonderful as was the ambience. The tuna stack and brussel sprout appetizers were incredible. Overall it was just a great place for a relaxing Friday night/valentine's day.

    3 of 4 steaks were cooked great. 4th not cooked to how we ordered. Remade the steak and still not cooked to medium rare. Manger took off the bill.

    The service was ridiculously slow. Our sides came out 15 minutes after our meal was delivered to the table.
