Adrien Albou joins forces with the exceptional Chef Le Cheng to unveil an exclusive menu across the restaurants of the hotel.
The menu encompasses all the distinctive elements that have contributed to the Parisian restaurant’s remarkable success. With a keen emphasis on sourcing ingredients directly from hand-picked producers, Hando ensures the highest quality in every culinary creation, including their renowned handroll - the ultimate signature dish of the House. Throughout the summer season, Hando will showcase Mediterranean flavours. Experience Hando Paris’ signature dishes such as the Toro tuna handroll (also available as sashimi) and the Wagyu beef handroll.
