If you live in or around Haberfield, you know full well that diner-style cafe Happyfield makes some of the best pancakes in Sydney. Opened in 2020 by Jesse Orleans and Chris Theodosi, the bright yellow corner cafe serves up amazing food and a genuinely (as the name suggests) happy vibe. Alongside friendly service and menu items like the “McLovin Muffin”, Happyfield is known best for its delicious pancake stacks.

    Happyfield was my first choice for my birthday breakfast! It was clean, the styling is great, staff are friendly and the food is delicious! The staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a cookie, which was so nice of them! We had a great time.

    I have been wanting to go to Happyfield for months and let me tell you it was well worth the wait. The pancakes are sensational and the muffin was also tasty. We will definitely be coming back.

    Always a highlight of any day I get to come to Happyfield. Incredible atmosphere, lovely team, great business, delicious and innovative food. My go-to any chance I get. It gets better and better each year!

    We had a great waitress which made the experience great. The pancakes were great and this time we didn’t feel rushed to leave.

    We can finally book a table during peak hour! Yay! Love the vibe & friendly staff. We could sit there all day munching away… but others need to get their fills too :)
