Located at Four Embarcadero Center, Harborview Restaurant & Bar serves quintessential Cantonese Cuisine and traditional yet innovative dim sum and banquet menus, with impeccable service in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. With a main dining room seating more than 200, Harborview also features a full bar, patio, private dining and special event space.     We were seated promptly, with a reservation. Food was delicious! We enjoyed all of our dishes. One of our dishes was forgotten. Maybe it their policy, but they included tip for a party of 2; I was not aware of that in advance. Staff took a nice photo at night that captured the night lights! Nice spot!

    The food was not very flavorful. And we witnessed a tiny rat running around and the staff chasing it. Finally, the rat was captured and killed near the tables where guests were dining. Don’t think we will go there again

    The server was focused on getting new orders not checking on how his current tables were doing. We needed to flag him down for dessert and the check. Most of the time he was not around or talking to his coworkers. No incentive for good service because of a flat 18% service fee. So not very good service.

    Very nice decoration but foods are quite average Chinese foods as ordered duck, chicken and beef. Service also average. The noise level became insane as everybody was yelling. We started at 5:30PM which was ok but by 6PM, I can not hear the person sitting opposite to me. If coming for business dinner, better find another place.

    Went for my wife’s birthday and it did not disappoint. There wasn’t one dish we ordered that wasn’t amazing. And the staff was super friendly and accommodating, highly recommended.

    The food was excellent. We had the king crab served 3 ways. Lily was incredible in helping guide us through ordering other items on the menu to complete our meal and ensuring we had a wonderful experience.

    Food has depreciated. No longer authentic Chinese dim sum. The Peking duck was not even crispy and the buns were terrible and stale. Never coming back for food!

    The Habourview beef with lemon and the shrimp toasts are excellent. Very unusual.
