Disappointing. The NO party. An event that felt “cheap”, expecting something a bit more premium (cost EUR 165 per person) - The party kit provided was simply a disgrace, as well as the individual tablecloths - The Caesar salads without dressings - The dessert, a frozen cheesecake 🤦🏻‍♀️ just out of the freezer. - The waiters were excellent (Alex was a genius, by the way!) but the event was clearly understaffed and there was a clear lack and attention to detail. - The DJ simply played music, if there had been recorded music it would have been the same. - There was no animation or anything that generated a festive atmosphere after 12. I would definitely not return to an “event” at Hard Rock BCN Decepcionante. La NO fiesta. Un evento que tuvo gusto a “barato”, esperando algo un poquito más premium (cada comensal pagó 165 EUR x persona) - El kit de fiesta provisto simplemente una verguenza, al igual que los manteles individuales - Las ensaladas caesar sin aderezos - El postre, cheesecake congelado 🤦🏻‍♀️ recién que recién habían sacado del freezer. - Los camareros excelentes (Alex una genia x demas!) pero claramente faltó personal y atencion a los detalles. - El DJ pasaba música, no enganchaba temas ni agregaba valor alguno estando ahí, si hubiera habido música grabada era lo mismo. - No había animación ni nada que generase un clima festivo luego de las 12. No volvería a un “evento” en Hard Rock BCN.

The price for the food and event (new Year's Eve dinner) was too expensive. The food was well prepared and had good flavor, however the portions were adequate. The sound level was very loud, so loud you could not converse with our party, which ruined the night. We missed eating the grapes countdown because the staff was too busy partying behind the bar. We also cancelled one of the reservations, however I do not believe we were credited for the ticket/meal. Money would be better spent elsewhere.

Ci hanno fatto sedere nelle sale al piano -1 che non hanno la stessa atmosfera dei tavoli intorno al bar al piano 0 , nonostante aver prenotato con 1 mese di anticipo.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. This was our family of eight Christmas Meal booked and paid for in advance totalling around £400. When we arrived we asked for a quieter part of the restaurant and was put downstairs where there was a very noisy table of around 20 people. However, it was Christmas so we overlooked the noise but it was not a good start to what turned out to be a disaster. We had paid for 3 courses for all 8 of us but was told there would be no refund if we didn't have all three courses consequently we had all the starters boxed to take away. We then ordered our main meal which was 5 turkey dinners, two burgers and one flatbread (we complained when told that the stuffing to go with the turkey dinners had all gone but after my son spoke to the staff, they agreed to make us some). The first three meals arrived quickly but unfortunately the burgers were cold, we didn't complain! We then waited just over an hour for 5 turkey dinners. The three who had burgers and flatbread had long finished so just had to sit and wait. We were given a bottle of Cava as an apology but, as you can imagine, the waiting had become very frustrating. The turkey dinners were awful, plenty of turkey, although quite dry, a load of mashed sweet potato and a mixture of sprouts and broccoli, plus some balls of stuffing. We asked for some gravy but was told there was gravy on the turkey which looked like a small amount of jellied brown stuff not resembling gravy at all. A manager came to see us once and said she would come back to talk to us but we never saw her again. Once we had eaten our desert we left in disgust after paying for our drinks and my husband even left the waitress a tip as we felt it was not her fault. We would not recommend The Hard Rock Cafe nor will we ever go there again.
