   We had a wonderful time at Hard Rock Café Piccadilly Circus this sunday morning. The food was great, the atmosphere lively, and the service excellent. A special thanks to our waiter, Carlos, who was incredibly friendly, quick, and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and handled our surprise guest—whom we had flown in—brilliantly. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and charming presence really stood out. A fantastic morning all around. We’ll definitely be back!

   Fantastic meal as always. We often visit Hard Rock whenever we're in the area. No complaints at all. There was a lot of people's birthdays so every 5 minutes the waiters were singing, very entertaining!! Great service as always.

   The experience at the hard rock was incredible overall sever was friendly and professional. Food quality was amazing and the ambience was great aswell and value for money was good

   Absolutely lovely staff all through the process of the evening , so polite and friendly which really adds to the experience. The food was amazing and proportions perfect , had no complaints. Of course when you look at the menu the prices may jump out at first but once you had a drink , ate and took in the terrific scenery and music it shows it's all worthwhile for a great night out .

   Once again the service is very professional and the ambience of the place is excellent. However the food we had was nowhere near as good as it normally is which made for a rather disappointing evening. The chicken tasted like it was over cooked in very dirty oil .

    The atmosphere was alive, the menu is good for food & drink - some items were a tad pricey. And our service from Jonah was great. Not sure why we didn’t get a booth or better table for 3 of us? And as 2 of us were looking at the wall instead of the central bar, we missed the music videos and several “happy birthdays”… Some interesting memorabilia to walk around & view. The shop IS expensive! But overall it was a great experience, if you feel you need / want to go, even if it’s only once 😊.
