Hard Rock Cafe Makati was a disappointment. First thing I noticed was the sound system was too loud for a small area they have. The position of our table which was besides the lift was awkward resulting to our back and neck pain due to body positioning just to see the performers on stage. The worst was the mandarin juice the server suggested as the accompanying drinks for their entrance fee worth 395php, which had a fishy taste ( malansa ang lasa). She tried to serve another glass but she served it in a disposable container instead of a plastic glass to know where the taste came from, either to the plastic glass or the juice itself. It was confirmed from the juice itself. At the end it was replaced by amaretto sour but taste like a cherry and ice tea juice with 1 slice of orange. The best Hard Rock Cafe I visited was at Conrad Manila. The ambiance was superb, diners were dancing on the dance e floor, sound system was perfect and the band with 2 matured women were perfection. Highly recommended. About Makati branch, forget it.

It was hard to get the servers attention since he was watching the band playing instead of checking to see if customers needed anything.

Typically standard HRC food and ambience. Some cocktails were not available and they did not have any wine at all.
