Step into the world of Arthur Hardy, a determined and visionary young Englishman who appreciated the finer things in life. Begin your culinary journey at his summer residence built in 1852, where you can relax in the heritage building before indulging in one of the most delicious meals of your life.

We have three unique dining experiences to enjoy:
- Our Signature fine dining experience - savour a delectable degustation experience that changes with the seasons, following the "Valley to Verandah" concept. You will also have the opportunity to choose from a multi-award-winning wine selection and creative cocktail menu. Available for dinner 7 days a week
- High Tea Experience - elegant and unique offering that will undoubtedly tantalise your taste buds. Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The High Tea selection includes both sweet and savoury treats, as well as unlimited tea and coffee. To ensure your dietary requirements (such as GF, Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy free, and so on) are met, kindly inform our reservation team at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in being unable to accommodate your needs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    We had the 7 course degustation with paired local wines. What and amazing experience. The best Adelaide has to offer, and nationwide. The staff were fantastic genuine authentic people who made us feel special and added a surprisingly lovely dimension to the food and wine experience. We will remember this night for a long long time.     Obviously this is meant to be cooking at a very high level, so we're judging accordingly. Generally there was a lack of seasoning (salt). The dishes featuring a crispy base weren't easy or especially pleasant to eat and at least one of them would have been better with a buttery pastry base. The rhubarb didn't taste of rhubarb. The sommelier was excellent and his wine selection first rate.

    Very nice restaurant with good food and wines. Our sommelier was skilled and had a nice sense of humor and the food was well presented and the stay was worth every penny

    Food, service, drinks were amazing. Dining room was stuffy. Prob only negative was poor ventilation in the dining room.
