Revelry with a remarkable view awaits. Just steps away from one of the busiest streets in Los Angeles, Harriets, is an escape from the bustle of West Hollywood.                                                 Music needs to be turned down to ambiance level during dinner hours couldn't hear the waitress or person next to me. Also the waitresses are more likely models than servers and suck at their job.

                                                Food was great, amazing DJ and our server Brooke J. was friendly and attentive. Had the Korean short ribs and wife had the tiger rolls both were really tasty. Great experience overall will definitely be back

                                                The servers are so sweet always, great DJs, one of the best views in LA & I love the security guard with the ponytail. I hate that I don’t remember his name but he’s always so kind to me and my sister when we come in 🤍

                                                My friend who I was meeting was unable to valet due to the valet being full , I waited 40 minutes and as he had a broken toe he could not walk super far. Therefore after one drink and both waiting forever for the valet to open up we decided to leave. It was 8pm, strange to have a full valet and no one that's able to help so early in the night.

                                                The place is managing the concept wrong . 7:30pm , 3 tables and the dj is blasting electronic music so loud you can’t hear each other or the server . Server was probably a bottle server as she gave the impression to be disinterested we were ordering dinner . Drinks took a long time , had to ask for water. Had to waive down 3 service staff to order a drink and then got a lecture not to place orders with the Busser . Wouldn’t recommend but the food was good . Disappointing for a 1 hotel property .

                                                The views were amazing and the food was outstanding. Everything tasted just wonderful. The service was bad. We only got our waiter to approach us literally after 40 minutes of waiting and sipping on water. After that we had ti call our waiter every time we needed smth. No customer service whatsoever. Again, the food was perfect.

                                                This is a spot I would only go to for drinks at the bar and view. The service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, our waitress took forever, didn’t check in if we wanted to order anything, had to grab a second waitress to order and get additional drinks and food items. Very, very poor service! Food quality was bottom line, like I would never order food here again.. drinks however were pretty good, like drinks at any other place in LA. The view is great, the rest I can be without!

                                                Our waitress kept a smile but behind it was a nonchalant attitude the entire time. When she went on break, the hostess came and told us basically they needed the table it was around 8:22 PM our reservation was for 7PM. No one was disrespectful but we definitely felt like we were not welcomed and the person who invited me apologized for suggesting the establishment.
