    Very noisy place. Noise was like in the bar, not in a restaurant. There was lot of staff, but service was very poor. And in the back ground they were dropping anything many times and talking to each other and laughing. In menu was rib eye- they bring a part of leg. Whole sea bass was 1/4 of the seabass, like they collected a leftovers of the fish and served it. Tiramisu was just disaster- biscuit was all dry. Its like they tool biscuits and covered with whipped cream- it was nothing to do with tiramisu. Very big disappointment!

    Worse staff very rude, we asked if we could sit outside it was empty all tables were available, the host said no it’s fully booked yet there was not even one person. We ended up sitting inside then when we left we could see outside was empty still! There were no reservations they just don’t want to serve anyone. Worse than that the waiter was overly rude insisting of ordering what he preferred as if we don’t know what to order, nothing like the branch in London

    The receptionist was very rude as well as all the servants! The service was really bad they didn’t even know how to place the cutlery on the table! Brought in the pizza and placed it at the edge of the table it almost fell down! The food was below average! Can’t even compare to the london branch! Differently not worth the try/ not going back! I would suggest they train their staff again! Cz apparently they had zero experience in this field

    The experience was brilliant and the servers were super nice. The serving sizes are a bit on the smaller side but overall it was really great :))

    Booked three weeks in advance and yet waited 15 minutes to get my table, one staff was not helpful and had rude responses and a bad attitude, food was served cold and late but plates were warm.
