Hartley Kitchen & Cocktails is an American restaurant and gathering place with a warm spirit and deep-rooted soul. Here, simplicity meets handsome design, thoughtful service, and great taste. With an open floor plan between the bar, lounge, and dining room, the restaurant is buzzing and bustling with energy from morning coffee to the final nightcap. Our menu from Chef Mark Alba celebrates our heritage, combining American cooking with a touch of regional southern influence. The cocktail program from Parks Pope is balanced, versatile, and embraces all things American: a robust spirits collection, a cocktail list rooted in the classics, and a curated selection of wines and craft beers.

Love is in full bloom at Hartley! The decadent Valentine's Day dinner experience on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 features a multi-course meal from Chef Mark Alba. Plus, couples can receive a sommelier-curated wine recommendation based on how the couple describes their relationship – and palate. On Friday, February 14 only, guests can also enjoy live music and a flower cart to build custom bouquets. $85 per person (Tax and gratuity not included)

Amazing food! Amazing ambience , great service, would come back 100% , the lady at the bar outside was very rude thou , looked me up an down an asked for my receipt when tryin to validate my parking car told me I need to spend $75 , when I just spent $300 in the snow globe experience 😂 , amazing manager fixed it promptly! Apologized for her and took care of my parking. Completely instead of $10 which they were supposed to , Great team 🙏🏽

Friendly and welcoming setting. Great menu. However, let down by very slow service (20 mins for a bottle of wine) and some of the mains dishes were cold when served.

Went for dinner with the wife. Similar to other reviews, it took longer than I expected for a server to come to our table. Dining area was literally empty when we were seated. We weren’t particularly hungry so we got finger food. Wife got the croquettes. She said they had potential but were not seasoned. I got the fries. They were good but not great. We also got the chicken tenders. They’re on the bar menu. These were really good. Best thing about this place from our visit was the drinks. We tried the Happy Feelings, Wild Child, Bitter Fall, and Bananas in Pajamas. All delicious. It’s in Midtown, so expect Midtown prices. Drinks range from $16-$20 per. Same for appetizers and finger food. All in, the bill was $177 excluding tip. I imagine a real dinner at this place will range from $200-$250 for two people.

So disappointed. We ubered here as we were staying down by Centennial Park as the menu looked amazing. It was Loud. Only one other couple there. Took over 15 minutes to get my cocktail. Son ordered the chicken and it was so dry. I got the scallops—three of them—the pea risotto was good. We totally skipped dessert. Music was way too loud that we had a difficult time talking. Maybe it’s better to stay on the bar side. Server disappeared and had to ask for our check and someone else helped us.

I ordered the beef tenderloin filet and it was lovely. Medium rare, just the way I like it. The potatoes, broccolini, fois gras jus and black truffle butter married the whole dish together. They also have a decent wine selection. My only gripe was that it took about 15-20 minutes to get my first cocktail. But the rest of the service was perfect.

When we arrived and sat down at first I thought the food was expensive but I was wrong when I saw the portion size. Our waiter was great and the food was perfect.

This was second time going to Hartley for breakfast. We have enjoyed everything we’ve eaten there. The service was spotty the first time, but it was great this time. I’m sure we will be back.
