First time customer and will definitely be back! I took my daughter and her friend after a dance competition and they absolutely loved it there. The rooms were all fully covered in haunted decorations with some Christmas decorations as well to accommodate the holiday. The Grinch stayed in character the entire time and spared no time talking to the girls and answering ALL of their questions. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure the girls had a great experience. I believe the prices are reasonable and the food was amazing!

Cool concept restaurant. Menu was okay- it's a place you go for the environment than over anything else though. They had a witch walking around table to table and that was neat.

Adam did a fantastic job with recommendations and food questions! It was a slower night after Halloween and before the other holidays. I really like the vibe and hope to return again soon! Loved Jack walking around with Zero!

Friend and I stopped in and sat at a high top in the bar area. We just got espresso martinis and their lava cake which we very good. Hector was an excellent waiter. We arrived at 5:00pm on a Monday night and only 2 other tables were occupied in the entire restaurant.

Great experience. Loved the decor and the ambience of the sites and sounds. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was seasoned well and tasted great. I will be coming back again.

The menu has a nice variety, the theme is cool. Nothing extra is offered if you book as a birthday celebration.

If you like the Haunted Mansion at Disney, you will really enjoy Haunted Castle's atmosphere/ambiance. They have a very diverse menu (from a meat-eater's perspective), and a full bar. It is themed for Halloween all year long. At lunchtime it wasn't crowded or loud, but I think it would've been much more lively on October 31st! The staff was friendly, offered some tasty drink and dining recommendations, didn't rush us out the door, and was very attentive as far as taking our order, suggesting complementary side dishes, and offering to prepare our to-go boxes were concerned. It was pricey, so it might not be the best place for a large birthday party or anyone on a tight budget (but everyone needs to relax, and this was certainly a place where you could leave your troubles at the door!).
