Absolutely disgusted with this place! I booked a table a week before for 29th September. We arrived only to find the place closed. I tried to call 4 times with no reply. An hour later a “manager” left an answer on my answer phone saying they couldn’t open as there has been an “incident” the night before and offered me 50% off my bill for my next booking. Giving them the benefit of the doubt even though they hadn’t bother to inform me they wouldn’t be opening I booked again over a week ago for 13th January, my birthday! Guess what, we arrived only to find the staff sat round a table having a staff meeting, shocked that we were there. We explained we had booked a table only to be told “we don’t use open table app for bookings anymore” no apology, no offer to accommodate despite me informing them this was the second time this had happened to me. Disgusted!! Ruined my birthday, thanks for that, no apology, nothing. STOP ADVERTISING ON OPEN TABLE THEN!
