Our 'modern cowboy' restaurant & bar with its wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining, and a vibrant outdoor patio, perfectly embodies Oregon's majestic outdoors.
Our menu, deeply rooted in ranch-to-plate traditions, showcases beef & produce from our nearby Tumalo ranch. With an onsite butcher shop and smoker, we utilize every part of the animal, delivering high-quality steaks and inventive dishes at friendly prices. Favorites include our Happy Hour Texas Toast Smash Burger, Whole Snapper and Beef Tongue Tostadas, all to be enjoyed alongside cocktails, mocktails local beers, and PNW wines.

Join us on New Years eve for a decadent dinner to finish off 2024 with a bang! Chef curated four course pre fixe menu created by Chef Carlos Anthony.
Food and service are amazing! Did the steak sampler platter with multiple sides. Everything is phenomenal. This place knows what they are doing and it’s become a favorite whenever we visit! Support staff went above and beyond tracking us down in the parking lot when my husband left his card behind. Highly recommend, must do spot in Bend and atmosphere is super cool! Bravo!👏
