   Prime Rib was very tough and a big fat cap. Waitress told us the prime rib was like a rib eye with lots of marbling but it was not what we got. Peppercorn sauce was tasteless and runny. Really wanted to enjoy but won’t return.

   2nd but last visit. The experience has started both times with shockingly poor hosts. No sense of hospitality or service, they meet guests with utter disdain. Steaks are both over priced and over seasoned! The room is amazing but everything else is mediocre, it could and should be so much better.

   Excellent Food And Service in a Beautiful Setting. Our Waitress and Wine Sommelier were very knowledgeable and done a wonderful Job. Highly Recommend this Restaurant for a great and memorable night out.

   Very high prices for mediocre mains. Steaks very salty. Very small sides not worth prices. Wine list prices too high. Overall very disappointing.

   I visited Hawksmoor for my birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The service was incredibly slow, with long waits between courses, and at times, the staff seemed to ignore us. There was one particular waiter who we had to call for attention twice, but both times, he simply overlooked us. When it came to the food, it didn't meet our expectations. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it came out burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I sent it back, but when it returned, it was overcooked to well done and even more burnt. While they did offer a complimentary ice cream for my birthday, which was a thoughtful touch, it was marred by an unexpected "charity dessert" charge on the bill, something that was neither mentioned nor explained beforehand. The only saving grace was the ambiance; the restaurant had a nice, stylish interior, though it was a bit too warm inside for comfort. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. Despite the lovely gesture for my birthday, the slow service and inconsistent food quality left much to be desired.

   Hawksmoor Dublin is always a great dining experience. It’s my favorite steak place in Dublin. I like how they have all the daily available great steaks listed on a chalk board by size. The steaks and sides are wonderful. The service is great, and I like the upscale but relaxed environment there. I look forward to my return for another great dinner.

    Three fish starters and three fish mains. All fish overcooked , vegetables over sauced with cream and garlic. Very poor quality of food. Menu was quite limited .
