The festive season at Hawksmoor is all about going big. Sharing steaks. Magnums. All the sides. We know some of you like to make a little space for healthier choices in the new year. So, we’re easing you into 2025 with a lunch option that’s good for the body, mind, and bank balance. For January only, enjoy a lean Rump steak and a virtuous side – English lettuce salad, Spinach, Sweet potatoes or (no judgement) indulge with our Beef dripping chips or Caesar salad for €23.00.

The starters were delicious, we got the the scallops and beef and bacon pot. Kids got the mac and cheese which was really tasty. Ordered the chateau briande for main. Came out lukewarm , sent it back to be reheated and it came back absolutely poisoned in salt. We couldn’t finish it! Everything else also went cold in the mean time. This was €100 steak. Katalin was very helpful and took the steak off the bill. In fairness she was very apologetic. Very disappointed with our experience. For what they charge and supposedly experts in steak, this was a major let down. Hard to justify going back.

A great evening yesterday. Excellent meal, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Not my first time to visit and won't be my last.

Starter - Bone Marrow with onions, Scallops, rustic carrots. Mains - Chateaubriand 400g, fillet steak, peppercorn sauce, creamed spinach, Mash, more bone marrow, lemon & garlic spinach. Sensationaly good food. Beautiful location. Exceptional staff. 10/10

I felt the service was not as attentive as it could have been. I miscounted my reservation and we were 9 instead of 8. When I checked in and said that I was met with an attitude and no let see what we can do. Just it will sit 8 and you’ll b uncomfortable at 9. Just not great service. Additionally the Sunday roast was quite cold.

Food was pretty good if not amazing. I found it a bit salty. Service was a bit here and there too. Waiter brought wrong food and had a few mixup. Not a big deal, but at pretty much e100 per person + drinks, I'd expect more.

I taught everything was lovely about it. The only thing that was there was a bit too much salt on the food for my taste, everything else was very nice.
