Recognized for its compelling and technically skilled cuisine, deep and diverse wine list, inventive cocktail program, and warm, genuine hospitality. Menus conceived by celebrated Canadian Chef David Hawksworth, Executive Chef Sylvain Assie, and Pastry Chef Marissa Gonzalez showcase ingredient-led contemporary cuisine, that is firmly rooted in the classics. Using only the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and from around the world, bold, bright flavours are presented in skillfully executed dishes that echo nostalgia with a modern and local twist.
