I recently visited Haywire, and while I was excited to try this new location, my experience left me a bit disappointed. The food quality wasn’t quite up to par with other locations of this franchise (The Ranch Dallas). Two of the menu items I ordered were unavailable, which limited my choices. What I did order was decent, but it didn’t live up to the standard I’ve come to expect from this brand. The atmosphere was also a challenge—the noise level was very high, making it difficult to enjoy the meal or hold a conversation. I was also surprised by the amount of small children for a Friday night. While it’s understandable that new restaurants can have growing pains, I hope the management takes steps to address these issues. I’d love to give this location another try in the future once they’ve had more time to settle in.

Everything we ordered was excellent. Our waitress was awesome. Her name was Micaela. My husband had the garlic infused steak and it was so good and cooked perfectly. I had the red fish and it was awesome. Definitely would go back again. Only downside was our drinks did take a long time to get. We ordered a second round midway through our dinner hoping to finish our dinner with our drink and they did not arrive until after we finished which was about 20-25 minutes from ordering them.

My family of five enjoyed a casual lunch on Sunday after church. I was surprised to get a reservation last minute and barely waited upon arrival. Our waiter greeted us and was pleasant yet seemed a bit busy and took awhile to take drink orders. Our waiter quickly picked up the pace however and we received great service. The appetizers of crab and mushroom dip was especially delicious, the fried green tomatoes was a winner, the country fried steak which the majority ordered was fantastic and we especially loved the Jalapeño gravy and cornbread which kept its texture beautifully. The Texas size pour on the Old Fashion was exceptional. Overall the ambiance was for me was the icing on the cake. A modern western, farmhouse design with beautifully crafted wood, light filled chandeliers, fabric tapestries hanging, leather seating. The decor was fabulous.

Napkin was dirty and table had sticky spots on it when we sat down Chicken fried steak was bloody Green beans and Brussels we not cooked

Good queso, excellent burger, our drinks took way too long to come to our table. The food took very long and then we got our chicken fried steak and it was so red inside so it was very undercooked, which was gross, they did they did take it off her bill, but it was just OK.

Excellent food and service. It was a bitcrowded as we left, but surprisingly not too noisy. The Arab dip appetizer was luscious. I really enjoyed the steak salad.
