Started bad b/c we had to have a 5:15 reservation, yet the restaurant was not full at all. We had a party of 7, they sat us in a "wine room" which was just an alcove with a wall of Wine. Servers continued to intrude into our space looking for bottles of wine, they didn't take any.
Then the waitress failed to give the kitchen one of the guests meal request, and didn't bring our drinks at the same time. If she was new to service I understand, but then Management should have give her some help. The wait staff clearly has not been trained to serve on the left side of patron, and remove dishes from the right. Instead, they handed across the table to guests, and asked them to help serve! The food was mediocre at best. Some food was cold or room temperature, to one guest being completely forgotten, to a Steak Salad having so many red peppers in it, flavor of the salad was gone. How does a restaurant run out of Coke and Wine on a Saturday night? It wasn't like the place was full. There weren't very many people in the restaurant.
