Haywire is a Texas-inspired restaurant known for larger-than-life dining experiences, an award-winning wine cellar and extensive list of highly allocated whiskeys.     The place itself was nice. I can’t give my opinion about the food because unfortunately my party of 4 never received our food😏. I had a reservation for 5:15pm, I made it to the restaurant 10 min prior, order the food and waited for an extreme amount of time. At 6:25 I ask for a manager because we were waiting for a hour already. The manager went to check still no good unfortunately we all got up and left at 6:45 due to me having another engagement to attend for 7:30pm.. 🤨 I wish it would have turned out differently 🥹

    Food tastes great. Staff and kitchen need more training to get the timing of serving each course right. Counted 5 spills/drops during our lunch.

    This was our first time at Haywire and the food was delicious! We were with friends and everyone loved the food!!! The service was very disappointing…I’m not sure if our server was having a bad night or if something was going on personally but he was pretty much absent to where we had to flag down another server to inquire about our drinks and place our order. Another server (or maybe it was a manager) took our order and get our drinks to us. The few times our server did interact with us it was not very friendly or personable at all. However, because we did enjoy the food a lot we will definitely be back and hopefully have better service next time!

    It was disappointing. The establishment was not decorated for Christmas. Although our anniversary was notated in the reservation, they sat us at a 6 top. One olive for a martini with that being the last one at that the bar at 5:00pm. Not what I expected.

    This restaurant was much less than I expected. I had to wait a long time for the host to come and help us, and then I waited a long time for our table to be cleaned (Our reservation was at 4:30 and the table wasn’t ready until around 5:30). While we did have our table we were rushed to leave..like damn. It wasn’t even busy. The food was insanely mediocre. I bought the $50 garlic steak and it had absolutely no flavor. The tacos as an appetizer had no flavor either. Either my taste buds fell out or the food just simply tastes like nothing. Definitely an overhyped place and the ambience just wasn’t the greatest. Price is not worth it for the quality of food. This is the first birthday dinner I’ve had where I was highly disappointed.
