I had a birthday celebration here, and the service for my party was exceptional! The waitress in training was crystal and she did an awesome job as well as her trainer (I forget his name) but they both gave amazing service. The 1 star review is solely based upon me placing a Togo order 10 mins after we closed out via the phone. I ordered the wagyu hash and apparently they don’t have this item on the weekends? However I placed the order, paid, and waited 30+ minutes for the order. I asked the host to check on the order twice and the first host said it should be out in a few minutes and didn’t check. The second host actually went to the back to check and said they were out and a manager would be out to speak with me shortly. I got a refund but I was so baffled as to how I was able to place the order, pay, and have to constantly ask for my item for them to tell me it’s not available. It’s several steps to prevent this and although the manager was apologetic I feel like this is an opportunity for improvement due to me waiting almost 45mins for someone to tell me my food item is unavailable because at that point I was ready to leave.

Prompt service, attentive wait staff. They had me cut i to mu steak to make sure it was right before they left the table. This was my 3rd time, and I will continue to go

Food was perfection, as always. Our wait person was extremely cordial and since we were celebrating three birthdays, dessert was provided. The complimentary garage space was nice since it was pouring down rain. Good food with family and relaxing experience!

Appetizers were great. Mains were only okay. My gravy tested like it had artificial flavorings. Pork chop was very good. Steak in salads was tough. Service was good.

It was Christmas eve, so it was empty, that is why is was quiet, but the service and food was excellent. this is the second year in a row we have gone for xmas eve brunch and we love it. Drinks are great, we order the cowboy meal or whatever it is called, it has 3 steaks and 10 shrimp and 4 sides. It was great! We will probably end up there next year!

We arrived a little early and asked if we could go ahead be sat at our table. It was not crowded at all. They obliged to sit us. There were three of us and we were waiting on 3 more. The waiter took our drink order. About 5 minutes later the others arrived. The waiter comes and takes their drink order. 20 minutes passed with no contact and no drinks. We left and went to Perry's around the corner where they were johnny on the spot with customer service. It was very disappointing because I recommended Haywire to the group I was with as I have had several good experiences at the one at Legacy West. I'll go back to Haywire and give them another shot, but I am very disappointed this round in the service we didn't receive.
