Thanks for ruining our Christmas party! Booked on open table and walked in told us they were not taking bookings from open table. Even though we confirmed the night before. Terrible service from the manager there too. Was so rude to our guests…? So annoyed as I love Heavens kitchen. I get it’s Christmas. But to treat people like that is just terrible. So sad
