The private party in the back ruined the ambiance for a lot of diners, as they were loud and disruptive. The staff did a wonderful job keeping our table clean and cozy despite having to deal with the party. Our server, Jen, was very attentive and sweet. We frequent this location and will keep coming back for consistent food and service.

We reserved lunch at Heck's of Ohio City for business/holiday lunch for a group of 6. We were seated quickly and server was friendly and attentive. We appreciated sitting in the Garden Room for the special occassion, although seating is fine throughout the recently renovated areas. There was a wide variety of both basic and interesting menu choices at reasonable prices. Half of us enjoyed the Market burger. Dress appeared mostly business casual.

Great location for a nice lunch or dinner, but still casual. Great atmosphere, delicious food. The burgers are all awesome. Appreciate they were able to accommodate our party of 6 quickly.

The service was great. The food wonderful--only negative is I should have told them to really cook my omelet it was a little runny. Drinks were amazing too! We got in and out quickly so we Could get to the Browns game!

We went before the Pentatonix concert. The location was prefect to get downtown quickly afterwards. The atmosphere was perfect and they had some festive cocktails. The onion soup was very good - 4 people at our table had it. The salmon was yummy. Would highly recommend the gnocchi. The short rib was more like a piece of pot roast but was still flavorful. The baked Brie was wonderful and a great app to share. We would definitely come back.

Both the food and service for brunch were awesome! I only wish our server with the medium length red hair had a name tag or her name on our receipt. She was very pleasant and attentive.
