Very cute place. But the service and food was just mediocre. Appetizers and entree ranges from $12-$15. There was a free hello kitty tour after our meal and it was cute. I came for the experience but I would never come back again. My biggest pet peeves in restaurants are dirty bathrooms and their bathroom wasn’t so clean.

El lugar es bonito… Pero sinceramente la comida en proporciones es algo pequeña y la comida tardo mucho en llegar. Es un tanto molesto que cada 5 min estén cantando los meseros cosas de cumpleaños. Y cuando llegas te avisan que hay ausencia en varios platillos y bebidas. Los sabores de la comida están bien, pero la presentación de unos chilaquiles de casi 300 pesos es demasiado precaria. El baño no estaba muy limpio, tenía mucho papel desbordado. Y venden souvenirs pero son exageradamente caros.

We didn’t get the experience with Hello Kitty visiting patrons. They economize seating by putting groups of 4 around small circular tables. We were up close next to another party and it seems like they arrange the tables closer to accommodate more parties. The server didn’t spend much time keeping an eye on us. We would have liked more attention. The food was fine but the bread was hard.

I loved it!!! Great experience, great staff. Only issue was restrooms were kinda dirty after 2 hours of being there. So I would recommend cleaning them more often since the traffic of people that you guys have in the restaurant daily. Because at opening it was super clean but when leaving, no so much😅🫢 Although is great overall!!! Don’t miss out if you are a hello kitty fan, you will LOVE IT!!! Thank you very much 😁

Ambiente excelente, inmejorable para fotografías y comida buena. Algunos colaboradores sin ganas de trabajar! Sin embargo un lugar muy especial
