Hemisphere offers an active, upbeat environment that engages guests' senses. Chef de Cuisine Jason Moltz's seasonal menus feature hand-crafted dishes that infuse fresh, local ingredients with modern world flavors. Hemisphere also features an incredible wine selection and cuvées. We are located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport with convenient access to downtown Orlando, the Interstate 4 business and tourism corridor, as well as the neighboring Lake Nona community. A great place to dine or relax before/after your flight or with complimentary valet parking, it's an unexpected but excellent option for Orlando & Lake Nona area residents!

    Excellent as always… great views, superior service, broad wine selection, and the lamb chops were amazing! If you are staying at the Hyatt at the airport it is very convenient and highly recommended, we look forward to Hemispheres every time we come to Orlando.

    This is a hidden gem. To start, the wait staff is fantastic. As a case in point, the interplay between the various courses and the service was seamless. Fresh utensils, clean plates, side plates (which were most definitely necessary for the fish bones) made for a fine dining experience. The chef and restaurant management also made their rounds, so there were no gaps in submitting any requests. From an aesthetic vantage point, there was most definitely an interesting flair for the dishes. From a value standpoint, the whole fish was enough to satiate any large appetite. The crawfish chowder is a must try as is the Hemisphere's presentation/version of a baklava pastry - the creativity is to be commended (although a touch more moistness/honey would constitute a further enhancement)... however, this is just a personal preference.

    We started with the Burrata which was uniquely delicious. Secondly, we enjoyed the meatballs. We split the lamb chops as our meal. They were perfectly prepared. Our waiter was very attentive, and he did not rush us to finish. It was an enjoyable evening!

    Went for Magical Dining. The whole fried snapper was the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and moist. Lightly battered and huge portion. The crawfish chowder and panna cotta were also great. From the gentleman at the valet to the server, and chef, I highly recommend this restaurant.

    A great location with a nice view. The whole fried snapper was delicious. Cocktails were good. The scallops were nicely prepared but needed more seasoning in the sauce. Waitstaff was wonderful. We will return!

    Absolutely delicious! We had the magical dinner of Snapper. The best. The crème brûlée with pineapple and Costa’s just fantastic. Chef came out and asked us how our meal was and how it was prepared, which was a wonderful touch.
