Heritage Food and Drink is a true farm-to-table restaurant located in the small town of Waxhaw, North Carolina. Owner and head Chef Paul Verica brought over 20 years of culinary experience with him when he opened this unique eatery in 2013. A true farm-to-table style restaurant, the menus even show what farm the meats and produce come from. Entrées include North Carolina shrimp and risotto and duck breast with vegetables. One of the unique signatures desserts, such as asparagus ice cream or ginger cake, makes a nice finish to complete the experience.
