As Johnny Cash once said "Hey, Porter - Please open up the door"! We are open for all day breakfast and lunch, 5 days a week in Highton. We are a licensed, friendly and cosy cafe. We are here to make everyone who walks in the door feel welcome and happy. We pride ourselves on quality meals (especially our famous Potato hash with beet hollandaise) as well as excellent coffee and fab service. Brunch staples and ever changing specials as well as a few unique dishes to try- we have it all. Check out our menu, and make a booking !

Great place for a healthy midweek lunch. My friend and I ordered different salads and we shared seasoned chips. Friendly and efficient service. I was surprised that the place was quiet as on previous occasions it was busy.

Staff were so obliging, friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I spoke to them the day before about my strict dietary requirements. They supplied a beautiful fruit salad, that wasn't on the menu, to cater for my needs. Very impressed. Highly recommend this Cafe.

Hey Porter was a surprise for a local suburbian cafe. The food was enjoyed by all. Unfortunately, the meals didn't come together with several minutes passing between the first and last meal arriving for the 4 people. The staff are friendly. We will certainly return for another lunch soon.

Friendly service with a great atmosphere. Food was very yummy and we didn't have to wait long at all. Coffee was also great and the staff made us feel very welcome.
