High Rail is a vibrant new bar and restaurant in Seaboard Station, downtown Raleigh, offering breathtaking views and a lively atmosphere. Our world-class cocktail program features handcrafted drinks using the freshest ingredients, expertly made by our talented bartenders. Our menu features refined New American style cuisine, to perfectly accompany the stunning views. High Rail is perfect for after work drinks, date night on the terrace, or a celebration with friends.

PLEASE NOTE: we only take reservations for a very small number of tables in order to prioritize walk-in seating.

    High Rail, Raleigh’s newest rooftop bar set atop Hyatt House Seaboard Station, is gearing up to host a New Year’s Eve celebration that’s sure to be a night to remember! From 8 p.m. to 12:30 am, attendees are invited for a night of luxury and unforgettable memories as we ring in 2025. For $200 per person (tax and gratuity incl) this ticketed, formal-attire event will feature: · An array of passed hors d'oeuvres · Drink tickets (4) from a specially curated New Year's Eve cocktail menu with premium champagne and spirits available at specialty discounts · Midnight toast of Champagne Moët Impérial · Live jazz with Jazz Plus Trio · A festive midnight balloon drop, party favors and more · A stunning rooftop view of Raleigh’s First Night

    Outstanding Restaurant – A Perfect Blend of Ambiance, Food, and Service! From the stunning ambiance to the exceptional food (small plate) and service, this restaurant exceeded all expectations! Our waitress, Sequoia, was absolutely wonderful—attentive and personable. Steven did a fantastic job explaining the vision behind the restaurant, which has only been open for six weeks. Every single dish we tried was outstanding—truly a culinary delight! I’m already planning my next visit, this time with my girlfriends. With its beautiful views, this place is destined to be the spot to enjoy in the Spring and Summer. A solid 5 out of 5 for me—highly recommend!

    The restaurant's ambiance is captivating, evoking the charm and mystery of a classic New York speakeasy. The shrimp tacos stood out, with generously sized shrimp that exceeded expectations. While the service from our waiter left something to be desired, Steven went above and beyond to ensure the experience remained delightful. A memorable spot worth revisiting!

    Overall the restaurant is pretty and has a great view. The food was okay a little bland and it came out like warm. Drinks took a long time and our waitress was okay.

    Everything was great! The food is soooo good the onion rings the fried the PASTA ! The drinks were superb too! Definitely coming back again!

    Food and drinks were great. We had the tuna, shrimp and zucchini all were excellent. Nice ambiance, cozy seating and great view. Perfect date night spot.

    The ambiance is nice. The drinks were good. There was some sort of error ordering where out food didn't get order and we waited for over 30 minutes. We finally did get our food comped, but it would have been nice not to have it done right the forst time.

    Very disappointed - we booked at table weeks in advance for sunset with guests in town. We were sat at a table adjacent to the bar without any view. We asked for a table closer to the view and were told those were reserved though we had a reservation. With so many other better venues I doubt we will try again.

    You can tell the restaurant is new and they have some small things to work on. However the manager was awesome and professional. Food was great and drinks were good and different. I will return soon.
