   Great food and very nice building. Fancy for Hill Country. Sources local ingredients. Strange thing though is it doesn’t really serve Texas wine on its wine list. Service was a little slow.

   10/10 experience. From the crab dip appetizer to the short rib and mushroom bolognese. Cocktails were delicious as well.

   We brought our large family and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere so that we could hear the conversation. The food was good and our server was great! Would return!

   We spent Sunday brunch on the patio and it was the perfect day. I love that Hildee’s opened up on the square. Great food! Vibrant colors on the ceviche. We will be back!!

   Brunch was delicious! Had the crab dip, pulled pork chilaquiles, Bloody Mary & margaritas. All were fantastic- Great spot to enjoy with a group!!

   This was a very pleasant surprise. We started our meal with the beet salad and the ceviche and both were amazing !! The ingredients were sooo fresh and the combination of flavors were wonderful. The ceviche had many surprising ingredients, and all went well together. The salad had a slice of toast at the bottom which enhance the flavors. We followed with the Niman Ranch Babette and the red fish and decided to share both, and honestly the stake was prepared to perfection !! The fish was absolutely delish with a crust that sealed the juiciness of the fish. For dessert we had the chocolate cake, and the combination of candied pecans with blackberries, chocolate cake and chocolate muse were just the icing on the cake. We travel quite a bit and have tried mayny places, this place absolutely deserves 5 stars. The ambiance was perfect, no noise and the service was wonderful.

   We had a great time here. The food was delicious and our waiter was really nice and professional. The only critique we have is the time between the courses were a bit too long. Other than that, it was great! We’ll be back soon

    My family and I have been here several times. The food is OK. I think it’s a little overpriced. The service is always amazing. Wine by the glass list needs expanded in my opinion. They have the Hildee’s burger, but it’s off menu.
