Fashioned after a German hops house with an urban twist and a better sense of humor, our Beer Hall boasts two wood burning fireplaces, display kitchen, full lunch and dinner menus and open garage doors to our Beer Garden during our two weeks of Wisconsin summer. It’s the perfect vibe when you want to pop in for a gourmet wood fired pizza, out-of-this-world burgers or other Hinterland favorites.

    Service fantastic. Drinks good, though pricey. Both entrees very salty! Pizza was not good - extremely salty especially the meat pieces, also strange sauerkraut flavor. The crust and cheese dollops were the only thing edible. pulled pork sandwich also very salty, with not much other flavor. We were very disappointed since about a year ago we ate here with the same entrees and both were excellent. Ambience could be cozier. Kind of cool temperature, had to wear jacket.

    Cheese curds not as good as they used to be. Neither was the Italian meat pizza. Soggy to the point a slice could not be picked up with any kind of integrity .

    Food & service was great. Quality ingredients and creative options. Our server was knowledgeable on menu, friendly, pleasant, and timed meal. Comfortable setting. We will return.

    Had a reservation with 15 (4 of the guest were kids under 7). Our waitress was amazing. Food there is always great but service tonight was top notch. Patient with all the chaos at our table.

    Restaurant was busy and the dinner lasted almost 90 minutes. Didn’t receive our appetizers until 35 minutes and then food came out another 30 minutes later. My thought was the pizza oven was backed up. Either way frustrating as I like the food.

    Overall, the food was excellent! One member of our party ordered an item, and the waitress advised that she should order something else because a component was missing, so our friend ordered something else, and the waitress brought the original item....missing the component (she ordered nachos, and was told there was no meat, so she ordered a burger instead...the waitress brought the meatless nachos). Everyone else enjoyed their meal!
