My family & I had a reservation. When we arrived, another party arrived right behind. Turns out they knew the server; I believe her name was Akia. The hostess at the desk was prepping us to be seated, then Akia showed up to greet her friends and seat them. The hostess then told Akia that we had reservations. Referring to us, Akia responded, "I don't care. They'll be alright." and proceeded to seat her friends ahead of us. The hostess apologized for her behavior, but this was unbelievable and disappointing. I've been to Hobnob before but never had an experience like this. It'll be a while before I return, if ever.
