After being the ‘life-of-the-party’ in downtown CBD for the last six years, Mama’s ready to kick-start another exciting new venture in the wild, wild East! And where better for this Tiger Mama to roar than the vibrant South-East Asian hub of flavour and culture that is Swan Street, Richmond!

Mama's second-coming will be servin' you Eastside excellence! – but this sequel is just as good as the original!

We’re beyond ecstatic to share this new space with the public and bring the Richmond tiger cubs some of Mama’s lovin’!

The trademark of Mama’s dining experience is the ‘Feed Me Now’ offering! Patrons can bask in all the zingy and fiery flavours in Mama’s repertoire – indulging in a selection of our drool-worthy smaller, larger, and sides dishes – for an affordable spend per diner at $44.50 each!

    We had an early booking at 5.15pm. Young waiter advised that the table was booked again at 7pm and we would need to vacate. We acknowledged. At 6.40pm young waiter returned to the table and said we could not take the bottle of wine with us. We acknowledged. He returned at 6.45pm and asked if we were finished with our meal. Our plates were half eaten. I understand the need to move for another booking but this experience totally ruined what was a very very enjoyable meal. The food was amazing and we were having a great time. Until we were literally rushed out the door.

    Food was outstanding. Meals were out extremely quick once we ordered. Service was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

    Always a delicious time at Hochi Mama. Been here 7-8 times now over the last few years. First time having lunch here instead of dinner and it was a lovely experience

    Lovely food! I came with a group of 5, we all ordered a variety of things from fish, tofu and pork. All dishes were throughly enjoyed. Would come back !

    Love Hochi Mama. The food is amazing especially the king fish sashimi. The service was great and really friendly and of course the ambiance was buzzing. Highly recommend it

    As always beautiful food, cocktails and icy cold beer! My son and I always have a pre tennis dinner and it never disappoints, love visiting your restaurant.
