Holts Café celebrates Canadian cuisine with a European influence. Our vision for the restaurants and their dishes is focused on sustainability, quality-driven ingredients, locality, and seasonality.

The menus pay homage to Holts Café classics and staples with a warm, inviting, fresh, and simplistic approach. Service times include brunch and lunch at all cafés, as well as afternoon tea and an expanded evening dinner service at select locations—all in a refined, contemporary environment.

Reservations are required a day in advance and the Afternoon Tea is available Monday to Thursday, 2PM till close and Friday - Sunday all day.

Overall, it was fine, but I had specifically booked the Jo Malone afternoon tea because my daughters wanted the Jo Malone gift fragrance that would accompany the meal. The cheque arrived without the gift and when I inquired about it I was told that they had run out. I was given a few tiny samplers that you could get for free at any Sephora. It was a bit disappointing.

The staff were wonderful and for us in for the special afternoon tea when there was a mix up with our reservation. The sandwiches and scones were delicious, the pastries were okay - but nothing that was amazing. But overall a lovely experience.

The afternoon tea does not worth the price. There are too many sweets on the tower and not so many sandwich selections. Also, on the reservation page it doesn't mention we need to reserve 24 hours ahead. When we showed up at the restaurant the server kept reminding us they need 24 hours notification.

The food presentation and the food server were excellent. Way better than Carlino. Even your Front Guest Services Staff was so gracious. I lived around the area for a while that I didn't realize it is more than a Cafe, it is a great place for people to hang out and reconnect. Thank you for the great experience. Keep it up.
