Step into the charming world of Kringle’s, the ultimate holiday bar pop-up nestled within the lower lobby walls of the iconic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Embrace the spirit of the season as patrons will indulge in festive cocktails and delectable fare, expertly crafted by the team of elves’ making spirits bright. Guests will be immersed in a wonderland of twinkling lights and cozy corners, as the jolly ambiance of Kringle’s invite guests to savour the magic of the holidays in style. Open weekly Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00pm until midnight, must be 19 years of age to enter. Reservations are open to be reserved from 5 to 10pm.

The Christmastime High Tea was a lovely experience, the service and ambience were excellent. The food was very good and deceptively filling.

Bringing light and truth to the world for all to experience the ascension of the soul into the new creation free of controllers and instead connect with the new ascended light mind. The food and drinks were phenomena. Greatly recommended.

It's always a lovely experience, although I preferred the ballerinas to the elves walking around. The food was good, the scones are incredible as always, the service is great and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Took my parents and they really enjoyed it. You will not leave hungry!

Had a great night on date night. The cocktails were well crafted and the appies were delicious. Will definitely come back for their next pop up lounge.

The Scarlett was an amazing Pop up experience. The service was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious. We really enjoyed the story behind each cocktail. Wish the Lady in Red had popped in though.
