Step into the charming world of Kringle’s, the ultimate holiday bar pop-up nestled within the lower lobby walls of the iconic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Embrace the spirit of the season as patrons will indulge in festive cocktails and delectable fare, expertly crafted by the team of elves’ making spirits bright. Guests will be immersed in a wonderland of twinkling lights and cozy corners, as the jolly ambiance of Kringle’s invite guests to savour the magic of the holidays in style. Open weekly Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00pm until late, must be 19 years of age to enter.

The most wonderful time of the year is upon us. What better way to enjoy an afternoon with friends and family than a festive afternoon tea experience at our Pacific Ballroom at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Indulge in delectable savoury fare, scones, and sweets made by our in-house pastry shop. If your tiny tot is joining, we offer a Children’s Tea that includes kid-friendly finger sandwiches, cookies, scones, and other delicious treats. It is sure to be an afternoon to remember. 120-minutes per seating. Cancellation policy and reservation changes: Kindly email the Festive Reservations Team at HVC.FestiveDesk@fairmont.com a minimum of 72 hours prior to the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of $25 per person.

Had a great night on date night. The cocktails were well crafted and the appies were delicious. Will definitely come back for their next pop up lounge.

The Scarlett was an amazing Pop up experience. The service was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious. We really enjoyed the story behind each cocktail. Wish the Lady in Red had popped in though.

Oh my word. We were literally in the outside window for the most spectacular experience. Pedestrians thought at first glance we were mannequins and then we moved. They stopped to chat and took pictures. We are pretty sure we are now famous in Vancouver. The tea selections were vast and from the scones to sandwiches delicious. And desserts too to go was the only way we could manage it all. Do this!!!

Hello I came in for tea in the window with my mom. We realized three of the six deserts were different than what was described on the menu, we had taken the sweets home and noticed then. There was a round gelatine candy that was quite bad to include in a $120 tea. The cheesecake was good but it didn’t match the menu, and there was a blueberry tart item instead of whatever was on our paper menu. I feel at this price point, the details of the menu should matter. And if items need to be changed it’s okay to let people know, and not hope they don’t notice. The scones are always great and the savouries in the window tea were one of the best so far. But at the same time $74-120 price range, I’d think at least different flavours were being made for the different themes. Or maybe not a lot of people come for most of the themes. One other thing I just want to mention is, the instagram marketing is misleading. They’re being described as the mocktail tea and cocktail are all inclusive, for the window tea. It’s fine that it’s not, but it might be a good idea to make what is additional or what the choices are clear if their experiences are being used as advertisements, because that can be a deciding factor if customers want to come to this unique tea or not. Also, I came to the autumn harvest tea with my mom and it was absolutely amazing. So much so that I came back with my friends. But they found it not fresh, and some things were dry. It was definitely different than the first time. So it was a bit sad to hype up a theme and have it disappoint. Those two friends have since not returned. Other than that, the people working there and assisting us are always friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I love the decore and ambiance of the different themes, and have been going to tea here since the brothers grimm. I hope I don’t sound like a disgruntled complainer (I emailed the above w no reply so I just edited my review here)

This review pertains to the Live Window Portrait event with Meredith Wing on Apr 13th. I knew because it was a Fairmont event that it was going to be divine but MY GOODNESS. Everyone involved treated me like I was a celebrity which made the whole experience have the most special vibe. It was a bubble of enthusiasm, kindness, over-the-top service and warmth and that was before I climbed into a window and was given a platter of treats and a gorgeous beverage. My time with Meredith flew as she was able to hold a beautiful convo with me as she drew the most stunning portrait of me that I will treasure FOREVER. All told - this was a fantastic once in a lifetime experience I am so grateful for. Thank you deeply to every single person involved ❤️

Food great. Catered to special diets. Good value over-all. The water-colour painting was a beautiful gift. All of the servers were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My only two complaints: the noise level was quite loud, and so it was difficult to have a conversation; and the table clothes were a bit too long and created a tripping hazard. But, overall, wonderful event!

Beautiful ballroom, with live music and an artist was set up, that did watercolour drawings. We had a lovely time for Easter tea. It was a surprise to get a sparking wine/mimosa to start! The extra deserts on the buffet table were amazing. And they had a tea station to try out more teas if we liked. This was the best afternoon tea! And I’ve been to many.
