The problem is the availability of food. We ordered Peking Duck, took them 30 min to tell us it is not available, then we ordered lobster, again took them 15 min to tell is not available, then the soft shell crab, and took 10min to tell us that due to our allergies, we cannot have it. What gives, we just had fried rice and left. And yes, we asked, what can we eat, they said just order first and we will check. This is very poor experience.

Unfortunately, your allergies weren’t listed on our allergy matrix, so our team couldn’t confirm what was safe. We didn’t want to risk serving something harmful.
