Jersey City, the New Jersey metropolis known for providing stunning skyline views of Manhattan and first-class dining options to residents, has welcomed a new, premier gastropub to its waterfront: Hudson & Co.     The food was delicious, we had 18 people in our party, and all were extremely pleased with their meals! Our server Joana and her support staff were attentive but not overbearing! A perfect amount of attention!!

    Ashely was an amazing server. Super knowledgeable about the menu. The tomahawk was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My husband asked for béarnaise sauce and they made it for him even though it was not listed on the menu. The Mac and cheese and truffle tots were also flavorful and delicious. I had a specialty spritz (forget the name) and hubby had his standard martini - dirty, dry, 5 olives) which were also smooth and refreshing. Crème brûlée for dessert. They even put a candle in for my husbands 40th. Bill was reasonable - as we are from LI, and the prices are usually higher. The VIEW!!!! OMG 😳 I asked for a table with a view and they did not disappoint. From start to finish we were impressed! Can’t thank them enough for a wonderful experience!

    Went there for drinks after work and was very impressed with drinks and apps so made a team holiday lunch reservation. Took a long time for food to arrive. Sat us at a table that was too small for the group, when asked to move or add a two top to our table we were told there were reservations and couldn’t be accommodated. No tables were sat in the entire section during the course of our time there. Will come again for happy hour but not lunch.

    Vest busy during happy hour when we visited. Great views of Manhattan NY ,inside or outdoors. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good value overall.

    It was a beautiful place and free parking, but for the prices of the food, I just expected better food choices. There’s another brunch place @ the waterfront and their food was excellent. So I am just comparing the 2 restaurants.

    Great view, great food, good service and a fantastic bar. We were made very welcome. The seafood, steaks were prepared and cooked perfectly, the short rib wow! Well done!

    My girlfriend and I try to go to Hudson and Co at least 1 time a month. We love this place, we love the staff, the food, the service and of course the amazing NYC view. Today we had a waiter Corey, his knowledge about the restaurant was incredible. He answered all of our questions and even gave us advice on what he thinks we would like based off very little information we gave him. We will 100% be back and will be requesting Corey every single time now. He deserves a raise!! We watched him have about 5-10 tables and was on top of everything. Always a good time at Hudson and co!
