The personnel at the door were not attentive. Arrived early for 12:45 reservation. Checked in but waited for my companion. My party was complete and we were seated well past time slot and after 3-4 other parties walked in and were seated. My companion finally said something to hostess and we were seated.

We had very poor service, server was completely in attentive to us. We were seated and waited 15 min before anyone approached us. I had to ask the bartender who our server was. We waited 15 min for our wine to be served and again I asked the bartender to please bring our wine. Food was good but service must be improved

Enjoyed drinks and conversation with a friend Noah served us very patient while we enjoyed a couple of drinks before dinner

Waited 10 minutes before we were sat past our reservation time. No acknowledgment of it being a birthday dinner. Sat us to the closest seat to the toilets. Expressed our concerns to the manager who proceeded to argue with our claims that we did not get what we ordered.

First time at this location. We usually go to Hudson in UP on Lovers. We couldn't get a reservation at that location, so we decided to try the Preston/F " North Dallas "location. Was not impressed with the North Dallas location. Food was very good, however service was sub-par.

The food is always very good at all of the Hudson House locations. However, the menu is rather limited if you are trying to eat healthy and lean. Service is solid but not outstanding. It's a nice neighborhood site for lunch or dinner.

The server was a little slow. Took like 8 mins to bring us an extra salad dressing. Took that long too to bring a coke.
