The quality, variety and freshness of the seasonal ingredients, have turned the Huset cuisine into the new flavor standard in Colonia Roma. The wood oven is the real protagonist who, emphasizes and gives an unforgettable touch of flavor of the countryside to the changing seasonal menu, giving a simple and great personality to each dish. From a thin salad of grilled romaine lettuce, the addictive gnocchi with lemon cream, the sea bass to the wood with mashed sweet potato, to the delicious brioche bread dessert with ash goat cheese foam ...                                         Beautiful outside dining terrace. Host was wonderful. Food was delicious. Service was on point until our server left for the evening and he said the manager would take over. My main fish course came out not hot but my dining friends meals were hot. Asked to send it back to just to be heated and after 15 minutes had to ask a busser to check and it was another five minutes before I got my dish back. Never saw the manager after was introduced to him. Disappointed as it was birthday celebration.

                                        Es probablemente uno de los mejores en la Roma Excelente calidad, siempre buena opción y trato agradable. Un lugar discreto y de muy alta calidad. Muy recomendable

                                        Llegamos muy puntuales a la reserva del brunch y no abrieron el restaurant hasta 10:20 am esa parte no me gustó!!

                                        I’m not sure exactly what changed, but it seems like the entire staff is new. Despite several empty tables, the service felt rushed. The food is still fantastic, but the shift in service makes me hesitant to return soon.

                                        Edwin and Luis at Huset ensured we had a fabulous meal! We enjoyed the avocado pizza (a house specialty!) and every other item in the menu we sampled. The restaurant is lovely and the food is impeccable!
