    Our first time at this Hy’s and our experience was great! We were seated upstairs in a booth which was nice. Our food was delicious, however the table-side Casser Salad could have used colder, crisper lettuce and less garlic in the dressing! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and we loved the charcoal flavor! Our server, Marcus was excellent and provided superior service. He also was comfortable dealing with the four of us and our personalities! Highly recommend Hy’s!

    Service was good as well as all the food with exception of the filet which was a little chewy for that cut of meat and also a little over charred. The meat was not up to its usual standard.

    We went to Hy’s to celebrate a birthday and we had such an amazing time. Everything from the food to the service was beyond our expectations. We will definitely visit again!

    I would give it a 5 star except the sever forgot to order our mushrooms and it’s quite loud, we have to scream in order to hear each other!

    Steaks were ordered medium all returned rare. Sides adequate at best. Service inattentive. Appalled and astonished at the poor experience

    I felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked into the restaurant. The lady at the welcoming desk didn’t smile or greet me, even though she clearly saw me. Her demeanor made me feel like I was an employee reporting to her, rather than a valued guest. I had to approach her and provide my name and reservation time, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. However, once we were seated, the experience improved significantly. The drink and food service was excellent, and everything else was delightful. It's unfortunate that the initial interaction left a negative impression, as the rest of the experience was genuinely enjoyable.
