    Our server was excellent. She was present exactly when needed. The usual fare (for me) was cheese toast, caesar salad, and steak. Today, being lunch, we opted for the "Special", which was three different cuts of steak, plus prawns and a veg and potato medley. It was flavourful and gave us a variety to our meal. It was my guest's first time at Hy's. It won't be his last, that's for sure. He loved the room, along with his meal, and service.

    Ok experience, but not great or exceptional. Some service errors and food was not the premium expected and experienced in the past.

    We had dinner at Hy’s for my birthday and everything we ate was delicious. The presentation was incredible with the Caesar salad and the Bananas Foster both prepared at our table. My steak was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend.

    Our first time at this Hy’s and our experience was great! We were seated upstairs in a booth which was nice. Our food was delicious, however the table-side Casser Salad could have used colder, crisper lettuce and less garlic in the dressing! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and we loved the charcoal flavor! Our server, Marcus was excellent and provided superior service. He also was comfortable dealing with the four of us and our personalities! Highly recommend Hy’s!

    Service was good as well as all the food with exception of the filet which was a little chewy for that cut of meat and also a little over charred. The meat was not up to its usual standard.

    We went to Hy’s to celebrate a birthday and we had such an amazing time. Everything from the food to the service was beyond our expectations. We will definitely visit again!
