Excellent meal and service. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Best rack of lamb I’ve ever had in a restaurant, and I’ve eaten lots😉!!

We visited Hy’s in Vancouver as we had eaten at the Whistler location and enjoyed it. The service was excellent in Vancouver as well. The Caesar salad was a little smaller than I remembered it from before which was unfortunate as my wife and I split it. I also wish that they had all the cuts of beef with a bone in or out option. Our server, Benjamin, was excellent and attentive.

Steaks at this restaurant are charcoal grilled abd I understand most restaurants in the area cannot do this. The flavor was incredible. There are options to do table side. We did caesar salad and also Bananas Foster table side. It was a great old-style steakhouse with great service.

We had a fabulous experience from the coat check-in, to seating, to the meals. We had the cheese for two as starters, Caesar’s salad that was so good - the dressing was made tableside. Our steaks were made to perfection. I’ll definitely recommend Hy Steakhouse. The waiters were courteous and attentive. The overall experience is truly worthy of commendation.

Seated and out the door in 65 minutes. Appetizers, soup, steak entree and dessert all in 65 minutes. Servers are standing around and bringing the next course of food before I even finished the last! Never felt so rushed!

Great for a special occasions but is very very pricey . Lots of change over the years . Food is still very good
