The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant matching bold flavors with a warm convivial environment. Our culinary team strives to offer a menu combining the traditional tastes of Spain with fresh and eclectic creativity. In addition to tapas, we boast one the most expansive selections of imported cheeses and cured meats in the country, which includes various cuts of the prized Jamón Ibérico. Our wine list is a focused selection from Spain, Chile, and Argentina and our cocktail list consists of faithful classics and a number of seasonally rotating signature combinations.     Our group of 10 ordered the suckling pig price fixed menu and it was PHENOMENOL! The service was fantastic - great experience and a good value! Fabulous Spanish wines. It was nice to have a private room - the noise level was reduced which enabled us to carry on a conversation. Definitely will do this again!

    Latoya, the manager, was over the top in accommodating our party of 12! Trish was the best waitress ever. Food was outstanding! They made our special occasion extra special! Will definitely be back soon!!!

    Had a wonderful evening! We had a family celebration for 8 and my husband has hearing issues. They put us in the private dining room and it was perfect! We were delayed in being seated and they were very apologetic and Latoya brought us some extra tapas (very nice gesture). I think we ordered everything on the menu and loved pretty much everything. We ended up with lots of leftovers and I think the food was better the next day! I would suggest that if you want paella you order that when you are seated. We will definitely be back!

    We love Iberian Pig! They have wonderful food with lots of options, you can always try a variety of food each time you’re there. They have a unique wine list and great cocktails. We will be back!!

    Iberian Pig is officially my new favorite spot in town! The ambience was moody and comfortable, and the restaurant was super busy for a weeknight. We ordered 5 different dishes and each one was incredible. Literally no notes! Our server Helene was amazing and brought complimentary glasses of wine to the table after confirming we were celebrating a special occasion. They also offer discounted parking for the garage next door, along with a couple of other lots in the Gulch. 10/10 expereince, we will be back again and again!

    Enjoyed tapas at the bar. Bacon wrapped dates and croquettes were good. Tocino and Mac & cheese even better. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Gratuity seemed to be included on our final receipt but there is no mention of it.
